Breakfast Ideas

1. Slice or Dice a favorite Fruit...add Shredded Coconut, chopped nuts, and sweetener.
2. Dancing Berry Cereal soaked overnight, drain, add a little raw milk and sweetener.
3. Life Extensions Vanilla Protein Powder, Raw Milk, Frozen Fruit, Udos Oil, Raw Egg, Sweetener.
4. Omelets with Organic Eggs, mushrooms, onions, red/yellow/green peppers. Salsa on Top.
5. Cheese Omelet
6. Potatoes/White Onion Cube and saute in Coconut Oil - Add Real love!
7. Raw Milk with Maple Syrup. (Only with Raw)
9. Ezekiel Sprouted Corn Tortilla's with vegetables sauted in coconut oil.
10. In a hurry... Gluten-Free Oatmeal with Cinnamon and Maple Syrup...more time we soak overnight and add coconut, sliced almonds, and raisins.
11. Quinoa soaked overnight and cooked add cinnamon, raw milk and maple syrup - has a nutty flavor that is an acquired taste. My kids eat it, but others probably wouldn't at first.
12. Steamed Veggies with a little raw butter.
13. Super Vital Foods Smoothie blends.  They are delicious and powerful in giving you energy for the day.

9. Organic Meat and Fish - We use very sparingly and mostly in winter.

11. Sea Weed Nori Sheets, Sea Weed kids love!
12. Sea Salt (no iodized salt)
13. Fresh Vegetables - Organic as much as possible.
14. Fresh Fruit - Organic as much as possible.

16. Seeds to snack on like Pumpkin Seeds, Sesame (to add to salads), Sunflower Seeds etc.
17. Occasionally Raw Goat Milk, Raw Goat Cheese, Yogurt etc. (a treat because of cost)

20. Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, and Liquid Amino Acids (this is a gluten-free soy sauce)
